Thing is, their peabrained base believes the lies. I have a young leftist nephew (20's) who posted on social media recently their narrative how the biden is saving us money at the pumps. They swallow and regurgitate anything they are told.
That pea brain is damaged from eating Tide pods and soaking up hours of Tik-Tok, not to mention atrophied from lack of good mental exercise..... brings to mind "I don't need to know that I can Google it" or "I have a calculator in my phone", etc. To that I say "maybe so but when your phone dies you're just a quivering pile of jelly and about as smart."

McCarthy is the presumed heir-apparent as the speaker, selected by a vote of the house membership. Many believe the speaker does no need to be a house member. One fantasy is that a republican house votes Trump as the speaker. A further fantasy is to then kick the incompetent and the cackler out of office before a new veep can be installed, and bingo, trump is acting president.
I have more faith in Durham pulling through than that happening.
Instead we‘ll get McConnell 2.0 and pelosi light to run the house.

Not only that but the gubermint of the United States is purposely aggravating the situation at the border and undermining the agreement purposely to the detriment of the member States. Does the gubermint of the United States wish to make the contract null and void?
