US Elections (& Politics) :)

And a reminder, the Republican Oversight committee and Republican Congress has done exactly ZERO about this for almost 4 years.

They’re laughing at you

yet another DEI (we used to call it Affirmative Action) appointee.

Useless piece of shit

We don’t currently have a competent or cognitively capable person as President of the country going into what may be the most dangerous times of our lives.

There are 2 fairly major wars in progress, the biggest election of our lifetime, 2 assassination attempts on a former President, and the DoD just revised their rules of engagement to be able to kill US citizens on US soil, oh and there’s that little thing with the nuclear codes…

Think about that.

My gut feeling is that the liberal anti-Trump outlet is correct this time, and the conservative outlet report is bunk. Very disappointing.

Surprising, he’s not easily intimidated.
Could be simply using his head until after the election not to take away from the momentum.

Couldn't agree more. I've said it before, and I'll say it again; if I could afford to move outta this state (thanks harris/biden/obama for the wonderful f**g economy), I would. Cannot see how this miserable sack of * is not behind prison bars getting raped and beat. I so hope that I'm wrong, and I do not mean to be a pessimist, but I truly believe that this could be the last "election" we could see.

We have been telling everyone it was the "War of Northern Aggression" but the press
and the history books have convinced you it was a "Civil War".
Now that YOU are in the middle of it, what would you call it?

^^^^^^
"Because this is a decision by one of the highest courts in the nation, it impacts elections EVERYWHERE."

I question if this statement is accurate. For example, Oregon lets ballots dribble in days after election day, but is not in the 5th circuit. Based on what I've picked up in the past, I'm thinking it applies only to the 5th circuit until other circuits or the supreme court rule on it.

Otherwise, great news. Wherever you are, there's a deadline. People just have to adjust to whatever it is.

If the early CNN article is accurate, the celebration is premature.

"The 5th Circuit’s ruling is only binding on the three Southern states covered by the circuit, and for now, the panel is not ordering that the policy be blocked in Mississippi for the current election, instead sending the case down for more proceedings."

These social media posts have to be vetted before believing them. Same with any of the media of course.
