I remember in the 60/70s back when I was in grade school hearing, being taught about the Gov't over reach of the Soviet Union, where KGB was hiding behind couches (a metaphor) spying on their citizens. It is so hard believe we now all live in that same world.

I'd like to hope you're right and I'm quite sure there is a minority population that is fighting socialism, congrats to those who are.
Socialism overtook Europe quite some time ago. Lets hope the spark Trump has lit will carry over to Europe and Canada

Truth is, the Terrible happened when the Democrats put Biden up for re-election and then replaced him with Kamala .. clearly, putting in unqualified candidates in the race is where the Terrible is.
