US Elections (& Politics) :)

Election themes in the wake of BLM protests. One of the running narratives of the DNC that I expect to be pushed heavily this election year is that the GOP is heavily engaged in VOTER SUPPRESSION-- a great talking point that supports their notion that the DNC is looking out for the little guy-- the disenfranchised POC, while the GOP is the "bad guy" who is looking to keep minority voters from participating. BS.

I had to look a little bit to see just exactly WHAT was out there. I found an NPR article from 2 years ago. Well-- sort of. LOL-- The "article" was nothing but a re-hash of a PURELY liberal perspective of the topic from a Mother Jones article and liberal author. The NPR article treats the OPINIONS and INTERPRETATIONS of that Mother Jones article as undisputed FACT. Classic NPR BS. You can see that article here:

Another article present the alternative point of view, albeit with some of its own bias. The difference is a wealth of studies and facts.

"...Among a variety of minority groups and political affiliations, no significant change in turnout occurred after voter ID laws went into effect. It should be noted, though, that Hispanic voter turnout actually increased in states with ID requirements, when compared to states without them. Clearly, the decrease erroneously claimed by critics has not happened..."

If it were me, I'd just use a big front end loader, scoop them up and drop them off on the sides of the road.

"Crimes against humanity...."

WTF...it's not like libtards just recently lost their minds....the pic was taken last year but the hypersensitive libs work overtime trying to figure out how they are offended...a real sickness has set in.

John Kerry: “Violent” revolution must overthrow Trump

S former top-ranking Obama official has revealed that the Democratic Party is prepared to support a “revolution” in the streets to force Donald Trump out of office if he wins re-election this fall.

It’s a familiar face: Former Secretary of State John Kerry.

He signaled that party leaders will support a violent “revolution,” if that’s what it takes.
From one Vietnam vet to another....."Bring it on, John. Just make sure it's your A-game."

Watch this. The couple is being charged with a felony.....
This started with someone bumping into another. Listen to what the lady says as she is sitting in her car.
What in the ACTUAL FUCK is going on in this country today.....
I watched the video. While the couple is totally in the right, they made a critical mistake, one that I too learned the hard way. ANY time you exersize your right to self defense, you MUST call the police and wait for them to arrive, investigate the scene, and make an official report. It is best if the person who exercised their right calls first—even better if they call before exercising that right and do so only after the police took too long to arrive. You can't just exercise your right to self defense and then walk/drive away—even if "nothing happened", like with this scene. They don't like that at all and will take the side of the party that contacted/stayed on the scene! I think it is an outrageous travesty that they are being charged, however. It is the black lady and her daughter who should be getting charged with a crime!

I just had a thought... a scary one I might add but based on recent events, not out of the realm of possibility:

I wonder when BLM will be storming software developers regarding the use of terms like "blacklist" and "whitelist" when it comes to defining when and where IP addresses and/or users are allowed login. etc. ? :blankstare:
