Don't forget that we're not only talking about translators that worked for/with the military, but all the translators that worked with American companies and contractors. The total number is relatively large in one sense, but when compared to what goes on with the Southern border it's totally inconsequential.
If the entire Administration were to be impeached and removed from office, Biden, Harris and the entire Cabinet, we'd still be stuck with Pelosi. I don't know which is worse

If we do this right, we will help all of those with advanced educations who do not want to live under the Taliban leave Afghanistan and come here .. as well as those who showed loyalty to our efforts
( fwiw I'd consider anyone who worked as a translator to effectively have an advanced degree .. )

Do you really think the Biden Disaster can do anything right? We have condemned a lot of people we promised to help to some horrible methods of death.
I've been watching the "news conferences" going on today. I'm glad there's nothing, within my reach, that has any real mass to it. By now I'd need a new big screen TV and be doing some sheetrock repair. It amazes me how people can be asked a simple yes/no question and then spend five minutes dancing around it, be they "diplomats", appointees or military. Time to go take some Gaviscon to put the fire out in my gut.
