Chris Rock needs to sue the shit out of him, so it’s less likely to happen again to anyone else . If you or I would have done the same thing anywhere and there was a cop near by they would have arrested us and a lawsuit would have followed. Why didn’t the cops do anything? Oddly, all the powerful in USA seem to have relations with the powerful in Russia, Ukraine, China .. like they all have hands in the pockets of the little people and pass the "donation" cup that we fill between themselves ..
Am I surprised? No, not when I have learned more .. disappointed, yes. But such the world is .. full of corrupt people in power, requiring those below them to be more honest ..
