Yeah, libbies don't get it and think that the SCOTUS made abortion illegal. There's a continuing education problem in this country.
Tenth Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Abortion, not a constitutional right means that States can make a decision. Kansas has decided. And, I fully expect the State Attorney of Kansas to govern himself accordingly. But libbies would call it balls if the Kansas State attorney would prosecute for abortion but I'd call it "not following the law".
