She IS, an idiot, and that's being too kind...my apologies to some useful, semi-functional, patriotic idiots out there that DO love this country. But then you've also got Cuomo, de Blasio and members of NYC's city council to this day that don't understand (because they are also idiots) how amazon's presence there could be helping them right now.

I'm not a big fan of the politics of amazon, Bozos or the Washed-up Post but I must admit...the pandemic has brought amazon record business...profits that could have been shared with its employees there and possibly prevented so much economic erosion in NYC. :confused:

^^^ I agree. The biggest blame goes to Cuomo and De Blasio....and they are not stupid....idiots yes, stupid no. They are the reason for New York's implosion....lets see if New Yorkers learn from this or not.

As for AOC....I have only VERY BAD THINGS to say about her, so I will leave it alone. It is Christmas time and I should not be spewing my hatrid for this dumb, socialist twat. Oops, to late. :)

She is so dumb. The Congress woman that didn’t even know what a garbage disposal was, had never traveled out of NY, and kept NY’er from the great jobs and growth that would have come to her State...

I just saw something that's very interesting and extremely hard to ignore because the math is so simple. There are roughly 122 million registered voters in the US according to the most current voting roles from all 50 states and DC. Biden got ~80 million and President Trump got ~74 million. That's a total of 154 million. Where'd the excess ~30 million votes come from? Did they just "magically" appear, somehow, in the vote tallies? Can we all say voting fraud together?

Edit - See the correction below posted by BRF. I plead advancing age and poor memory. I'll throw in the Brenner defense "I mis-spoke".

Saw similar... here's what I found
According to that bastion of truth the Washington Post (sarcasm) , there was an approx 66.2% turnout of registered voters..

There are approx 212-213 million registered voters in the US

Now they say that Trump got approx 74 million votes, and claim that Harris/Biden got 81 million... (cough, spit)

Except....
66.2% of 213 million is only 141 million

So either
A) WaPo is off a whopping 10% in their estimate of voter turnout
or
B) You ga su 'splaining to do Lucy..

Since then, more details have emerged about the alleged spy, including that he worked for Feinstein for 20 years, “attended Chinese consulate functions for the senator” and was fired five years ago.

California Rep. Eric Swalwell, whose contacts with a Chinese spy were revealed this week, spoke at a same event in 2013 as another alleged Chinese agent who worked for decades for California Sen. Dianne Feinstein.


The event was hosted by the group led by Christine Fang, a Chinese national whose relationship with Swalwell was the subject of a report published this week by Axios. There is no indication of wrongdoing on Swalwell’s part.

The washington post says "two-thirds of the voting eligible population" which is not the same number as registered voters

No i said the figure they quoted is that 66% of adults old enough to vote turned out. Not 66% of people registered. This will be a higher percentage as the number of registered is lower than eligible

Edit, the word registered does not appear on that page you linked to anywhere.

239.2 million eligible voters in 2020 (239.2 * 0.662) = 158.35

You say 213 registered

15500/213 = approx 72% of registered voters


EDIT before I am jumped on, I know there were not 158 million votes. but with numbers so large, 66.2% is not accurate enough, every decimal place of the percentage would give different results but they are rounding off for simplicity.
