IP65 Rugged rain Proof
No Wires needed. WiFi with solar or Lithium ION power.
NO APPS Required, No Android no proprietary hardware,
Constant streaming, not motion activated.
Night Vision.
Audio collection preferred.
30 to 50ft range 720p or better.

I can not find one.

I can not find one.

You cannot have constant streaming with no wires unless you have solar and a large battery. You can build or buy your own solar kit to power any camera. You dont need a wifi camera, use a cheap wifi bridge.
Dahua sells solar kits but a google search will show many other alternatives.

Pretty much as @fenderman says. It doesn’t exist. Your wants would be a custom build.

And bring you checkbook along as well/ Bare minimum, for one camera will be a battery system capable of 12V@500-1000 WH and a solar panel to match.

If you Go down the wireless (Arlo, Blink, Etc) route you will quickly discover the limitations of these systems. If you follow the advice on this forum you will have a solid system. Start with the Ipcamtalk cliff notes.

Every thing I can find only works with a proprietary App.
Want to find something that a server can log in to the camera and spool video/audio with a generic file transfer and can get real time over a browser.

What he posted is about what you would have to build to meet all your requirements. The constant streaming over wifi puts a big electrical load on a battery.
