Dahua h.265 blue iris

I take it dahua h.265 isn't working in blue iris recording yet?

H265 worked, I let it run for 5 minutes, so that's as conclusive as I have.
But, hardware acceleration cannot be enabled.

Yes sir it does, make sure that under the record tab is still set to continuous.

make sure you are using h.265 not h.265+

What version of blue iris and what version of Windows? Turn smart codec off

Alert clip is stating a length time and size but calling it a snapshot when trying to play it..

Smart codec is a setting in the camera.
Double check your camera setup settings in BI.
Or delete the cam and start over in BI.

Smart codec is off .. what settings in bi have you changed to get it working? I will try to delete one and start over with it.. thanks

UPDATE: tried deleting and adding as new.. still just getting snapshot

Only setting I changed, was in the camera, to change from H264H to H265.
After attempting to turn on HD acceleration, I did notice that in the Record tab, it had changed from Continuous to when triggered.
I changed it back to continuous, clicked OK, and after several seconds, it was working.

No.. i have a nvr continuously recording as a back up..
