I'm running BI on an older Dell Optiplex 3010 so I'm guessing that's the reason I don't see the GPU column.
If you don't see a GPU column in Task Manager, right-click on any column title, for example right-click on "Name" and select columns that you want. The same procedure in the Details tab with more choice.

Thanks! I'm able to see the GPU column now. BI is reporting 0% in the GPU column while it's running.

I have 3 cameras currently connected, all using H.264H encoding. I have confirmed the hardware acceleration setting is selected in BI. What else should I check? Thanks

What is the camera resolution?
