Hello:

I have the 4 4k Camera / 8 Channel LNK series NVR from Costco.
I installed the system and it works well. My issue is that the NVR is in a closet, and to access the NVR settings, it does not seem to work with the Client 12 software.
I can see all 4 cameras via directly plugging a monitor into the NVR
I can see all 4 cameras via app for android and apple while on / off my network
I can see all 4 cameras via web browser by typing in the ip address of the NVR on my downstairs & upstairs PCs.

But if I try to use the FLIR Client 12 software on both upstairs PC (Win 10) and downstairs PC (Win 7), I can only see 1 camera (Channel 1). I can't access the other 3, they are grayed out on the screen, and don't show anything, but they show up on the "list"

Submitted a support ticket over two weeks ago with no response.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Try clicking an empty cam window, then go to the list on the left and click the play > button next to ch2. Or, try right clicking on a blank cam window and see if you get a menu to start the stream.

No luck, it's grayed out entirely, right/left clicking in a camera window produces no effect.

Thanks

Update: After 30 minutes on hold, they told me it was a software issue. They have issued a software update, but not yet posted an update on their website. They expect that it will be posted in the next week or so.
I'll post an update when they do.

Just ran into the same problem. I had version 12-v1_0_1_66 installed. I went backwards to 12-v1_0_1_55 and it works again.

How do I download this .exe file to my NVR? I am having the same issue.

I assume it cant be done through the app? .exe isnt a supported file type for the manual update feature under advanced/maintenance

I take it I need to load this to a flash drive and just insert to the nvr?

Thank you for posting this info. I have my NVR in the attic where it's not easily attached to a monitor so I was using the FLIR Client exclusively on a laptop to view the camera output. Only channel 1 was showing live and I wasted a bunch of time trying different cables and cameras on the other channels. I finally noticed that the other channels were showing in Playback mode so I figured it was the software. Lorex still has 1.0.1.66 as the latest build on their website...yuck.

So has this problem been verified, tested and corrected on the new latest version by anyone?

New / Latest Version:
FLIR Client 12_PC_v1_0_0_66

Old Version: FLIR Client 12-v1_0_1_55

The issue still exists in build v1_0_0_66.

Hello,
I don't have that issue as you but I'm using the NV900 8 channel system.
It may be the receiver firmware needs to be updated.
FYI I am using the Flir Client Cloud software and not the Lorex one.
Go to Lorex and look for your receiver and scroll down to the bottom and see what they have and suggest.
Also the pictures you posted doesn't look like my Flir Client when on line.
I'm using Windows 7

UPDATE
I just checked and in the manual it says to use the FLIR Client Cloud and not the Lorex one.
This is what mine looks likes when on line.

FYI - for those following this thread

Some Lorex NVRs are clearly Dahua OEM products, there are one Lorex NVR line which I am uncertain of the OEM.

This particular kit referred to here, "I have the 4 4k Camera / 8 Channel LNK series NVR from Costco." i believe is one which we do not know the OEM of the kit. If someone knows please share that information.

Just wondering why everyone is saying that the FLIR Client 12-v1_0_1_55 is the old version. The one that's causing trouble is 1_0_0_66, the new one is 1_0_1_55, as in 1.0.1.66 vs 1.0.1.55
