@trempa92 just uninstalled WebComponents and re-installed from iVMS and there is no difference. I still cannot make changes. Just for good measure, I also disabled the firewall and anti-virus but that also didn't help.

I might well have misread the microphone being internal from the specs (or wishful thinking!!). It does have a pigtail but cannot remember much about it apaet from a 4-way (I think)connector block and a BNC connector. I cannot take a look as the camera is way up there and now inaccessible...

Because the cameras are 'administered' by the NVR, their IP addresses are in a different range to that of the NVR and as I understand, they are not accessible except through the NVR. If this is the case, can the batch tool deal with this or do I have to take each camera out of the NVR...
