Foscam FI9803P - Not working. Help!

I've looked at the order receipt - comes up as "Sold by: Amazon EU S.a.r.L" so yes it was sold by Amazon themselves. To update to this, Amazon has given me a partial refund on this of £35 and recommended me to chase Foscam for the warranty.

Foscam FI9803P - Not working. Help!

Actually, it was sold by Amazon directly but because it's over 1 year old (19 months), they recommended me to go to Foscam directly for replacement as it has 2 years warranty which means I have a few months left of the warranty.

    Hey from Bristol, UK.

It's only useful if you plan to use the camera as stand alone. But since you're going to use it with NVR, you don't need to insert an SD card.
