riri, after I bricked my camera with 5.2.0 then bring it back with 5.2.5 (Chinese), the audio is working like a charm. So the problem was bad firmware as you said. the only issue, it is all Chinese, can you point me where I can find good English (or multi language) 5.2.5? (or pm me)

ok so I guess what you mean is that: from camera, config>network>port change two of them to 8001 and 8002 then from my router forward 8000, 8001 and 8002 to each camera's IP and ports 8000 - 8002 is that right?

so you mean I should forward 8000 ports on my router in addition to the ones already did? or forward outside port to 8000 of camera rather than 80. currently my ports are forwarded to 80

"Upload to FTP" worked for me too. now snapshots are being saved in NAS

My Western Digital NAS working fine with recording videos, but I do not see any snapshots there. I already selected "Enable Event-Triggered Snapshot" in storage>snapshot. what I am missing? when I go to playback, download recoding is fine and shows the files, but download images has nothing in it.
