    Wait till you add the rear cam. 5 mins 4k at 30 fps is 1.8 GB, and 800 MB for the rear 2k. If you hardwire and turn on parking mode recording, 256 GB SD card will be full in couple day.

    I have this issue and have been using this to fix it. When at home and on WIFI, go to Settings > Connections > More connection settings > Private DNS. Tick on Private DNS provider hostname. Type dns.google in the box below. When not on home WIFI, switch Private DNS to Off. Not convenient...

    Make sure on the NVR the option to send email has tick mark on the motion rules. My NVR always lose that setting after a restart.

    NVR is 5216-16P-4KS2E, camera is HDW2231R-ZS The only thing I see different with your picture is in the camera default gateway. Mine is point to the NVR switch at 10.1.1.1 But your is point to 192.168.1.1

    That was what I did. Doing everything like in your 1st post. I even make sure the camera default gateway point to NVR switch at 10.1.1.1 and prefer DNS exactly like NVR..

    Does anyone have problem view your cameras after 9am CST this morning? It working fine earlier this morning. IE show login fail, SmartPSS and gDMSS Plus show Dahua NVR as offline. Chrome plugin show the liveview just fine.

    Gmail has the max number of email allow per day from my experience. What I did is using 2 gmail accounts to alternate. Switch them in the middle of the day no matter if they got blocked or not.

    It seems that in the last couple weeks, Google strictly block account that send out over 500 emails per day. You may need to switch to another account.
