I notice that once in a while I get blank notifications and I would then need to kill the BI app on the server and open it again for the rich notifications to start working again. This will last a day and I would need to kill it again. Anyone else have this issue?

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue where the alert footage cuts of after 10 sec on mobile device only. If i view that same alert on the UI3 or BI Server, the clip is full 3min (180s) which is what i have the break time set to. I have re-installed the mobile app and same thing. Thank you

installed BI5 to test it out and then decided to uninstall it to wait for some more updates. My BI4 stopped working as in would not open, no errors. I uninstalled BI4, rebooted and installed BI4 again. Same thing, no splash screen or errors. Please tell me i dont need to rebuild?
