Yes they do try and sell their own security system, and wondering if they're blocking. Either outbound or on the inbound. I may try using a new email address. Thing is the outbounds have to come from here, as the network is theirs, so if they're blocking the outbounds, then i may be stuck !

Hardware great !! Software, not so great... Shouldn't include software that simply does not work... Then leave users frustrated. Gives the company a bad rap. Region incompatibility is something that shouldn't exist. Shows incompetence within.

Many games, and all gaming consoles poke holes thru your firewall to allow incoming access for online gaming. Admittedly now i'm a hikvision owner, i can say that the software is not as well written and at least on the face of it, i do not trust trying to update its firmware, without praying...
