5 MegaGixel 1/1.8" low light destroyer for $90-AVOID LONGSE JUNK

⑨ New OCX interface
Unique OCX interface, concise and innovative, best humanized design and strong operability must catch your
eyes.

How -- possibly -- could it get any better than "best humanized design that must catch your eyes?" smiley17.gif

So there is no new firmware for either IMX178 or IMX322 vf cams, but I got one for IMX124. It does have the addition of ports as well as DST time, but unforunately Chrome is still not supported.

That's a rather angry looking camera. :D

Abraham Lincoln was ugly too...but look what he did. Granted, Honest Abe wasn't an IP camera and an IP camera isn't going to free the oppressed...but you can't tell a book by it's cover and...

– Beauty is only skin deep
– Appearances are often misleading
– Looks are deceiving
– All that is gold does not glitter

Well...I don't care much how the camera looks...I care about the images it produces, it's reliability and how much it costs. I may buy one of these Ugly Abes!

Hey guys how does HDW4431C-A to LRDC60S500. I bought a couple of LRDC60XA200 and while i like them they re always dropping off the network and very unreliable so i am worried about longse long term quality. amanda siad they would send ne boards for free if i placed a diff order. in comparison i have some hikvisions that are solid and never drop, but i am looking for good night time recording

LoL is that your way of saying with would not be better at the price point, when they work they are nice but from security stand point its not working out for the longse, also if i decided to order again from longse would it be better to get internal poe as the ones external gets hot as hell i live in FL?

Dahua is a solid performer in terms of reliability and day image, but it can't come even close to s500 for night vision. So pick your poison essentially with these cams. The new Dahua the fender mentioned will have supposedly IMX291 sensor which is also available in Longse cams, so we can expect a good night time performance, but at $190 price to me personally it's too much to pay for it when non varifocal IMX291 cams available for around $50.

What happens when it drops out? I have had this happen on a couple hot days with my s500 camera where external POE got overheated and I had to manually reboot the cam, but they don't normally loose connection otherwise.

I had problems with stability, too. What helped was in first instance to restart the camera by pluging out power. Soft restart through cameras web interface didn't work.
And since I stop using any android apps, to get the livestream from the camera the camera is stable since over a week. I guess my wlan is either to slow or the connection to my mobile devices is not good enough to get a tcp stream running properly.

How is your camera connected to your network? And how many viewing devices do you have, that are watching the stream?
