search memory leak and install the proper intel driver.I have the same issue. Had a laptop running all my cameras until last weekend. We upgraded to a win10 i5 7400 with 12gb ram machine. It was working fine for a bit and then noticed windows notifying me I am out of ram. It does it no matter what I try. Blue iris is using 97% of the ram. If I restart the service, or computer, ram usage goes way down. After a while, it creeps back up to nearly 100%. I am going to try downgrading BI. This win10 machine is dedicated to BI, so I hope it is not my machine!
do you have an active support plan? try emailing again...also try the latest release..@ Fenderman; in my case, that is exactly what I did, and worked 2-3 moths ago . But now , even the oldest video driver I am able to download from the intel website causes the same problem.
I send Ken about 4-5 days ago an email , but up till now no answer.

Support costs money..thats how it works with every piece of software...even if its a "bug"..its 30 bux for the year....most others charge much much more for support...@ Fenderan , no unfortunately , the support plan has expired. Just paying for support for 1 question , that is a bit over the top for me , especially when it is most likely a bug.
Next week I am home again , and will try the update from yesterday , I keep my fingers crossed
I can confirm no memory leak or CPU issues with 4.6.5 on NUC6i7KYK.
I upgraded to NUC6i7KYK recently and immediately ran into memory leak and high CPU issues. Windows installed 22.20.16.4749 graphics driver by default which was obviously broken.
Later I tried latest graphics driver 23.20.16.4849 which was no good either. Finally settled on 21.20.16.4664 following some people's advice here and it's been stable since then. This forum was a tremendous help in troubleshooting the issues.
Here are the steps that worked for me:
1) Uninstall BI, reboot
2) Install 21.20.16.4664, reboot
3) Install BI 4.6.5, reboot
10 x Hikvision cameras at a total 32 megapixels @ 15 fps. The CPU has been stable at 20% for the pas couple of days.
NUC6i7KYK
i7 6770HQ
16GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro
d2d
'Limit decoding' disabled on all cameras
I followed this guide to disable future graphics driver updates..
How to Prevent Windows from Automatically Updating Specific Drivers
Well this one looks like an Intel bug to me. Re-posting my own experience that I posted on the other thread...
My frame rates are steady at 15 fps. Did not notice any dropped frame rates.Well exactly same issue and teied also 21 which seems to work fine but i get framerate dropping to zero. With that driver version, which happens after some minutes running
Anyone else seeing this as well

Which CPU and graphics card do you have?Nope ..... day before Yesterday I instaled 4.6.5. it looked promising , but overnight the RAM went up to 8 GB again ( 80%). I rebooted the computer , but again after about 10 hours from using 4 GB it went up to 8 GB with an unresponsive computer.
