Blue Iris Updates - Official Thread 5.9.9.6

Thanks Fenderman , I found the problem, under PTZ/Control, the camera was set to hikvison/abus, I change it to Hikvison DS-2DE/2DF-AE and PTZ works now on Blue Iris.
