As a resident, in the hopefully not too much declining UK. Fingers crossed! This isn't correct?

Taxes taxes taxes .. some type of taxes should not exist .. imho i should be able to receive any radio signal for free, that is if it comes through my body I should be allowed to receive and even decrypt it.
If you do not like that, then send the signal through a cable
