@nayr . How did you wire in the motion and gate sensor to work?
I want to wire in two motion sensors so two presets are activated when each sensor is triggered.
dry contacts to the NVR.

is anyone running a newer fimware on the SD59225U-HNI than this? Just curious.

My software version shows a build date of 2016-09-21 and PTZ Version 3.00.42 RHNZ. Also the web version is 3.2.1.379855. ONVIF is the same.
I think lulu has a SD49225-HN, if I'm not mistaken? The 59225 may use different firmware, so you may want to confirm with the seller that it's compatible first.
ahh so you have a slightly newer version, did it come with that or do you have the bin file?

See thread for SD59225U-HNI for latest firmware that was delivered with Cam.
Thanks for the information . I wasn't certain if I could wire in two PIR sensors and then tell the NVR to move my PTZ to preset 1 and then once the second PIR is tripped move the PTZ to preset 2.
I am also new to the Security camera setups but quickly learning.@Brian Martin , I'm new and get the PIR's today so I haven't set this up yet.
From researching here, I'm hoping to use 2 alarm inputs as triggers and assign the triggers to the same channel, which will trigger the PTZ preset.
I was under the assumption from reading that any of the 8 triggers (NVR5208-8P-4KS2) can be assigned to any channel you like. Hopefully, one of the gurus will chime in and confirm.

I want to put in some type of wireless beam break sensor a the end of my drive way for the first preset on my PTZ. The next sensor will be a PIR at the front door. From what i have read it does not appear that you can set more then one channel to a camera at a time. Like you said maybe the all mighty camera gods will chime in on this. I think we could hook up an alarm input directly to the camera for one preset and then another to the NVR. As long as they are not tripped at the same time they would not work against each other. What PIR's did you end up getting ?
Ok you got my attention. Any how to manuals ?this is where home automation comes in, you can run your sensors back to the HA system and have it sent http commands to the cameras to do anything you want.
You know those are not rated for outdoors , right ?@Brian Martin
These received great reviews and the reviewers were using them for security camera triggers.
