Yes, for the save, it looks like you need to try another TFTP server, as suggested by iTuneDVR.

There should not be a permissions problem for the copy to the camera, that's a read, not a write.

When you changed the password on the camera, did you also change the password that the NVR has configured for the camera?This cam is connectet on nvr and when is acount locket i dont see cam on nvr.
