The firmware version of 4.0.8 shown in SADP means that the camera is running in the 'min-system recovery mode' due to a major issue.
It is a minimum system only, no app, no web services.

This mode is entered when the camera cannot fully boot, for example when incompatible firmware has been installed.

What is the history of the camera?

Thank you for this information
If possible, what will I do? Can I fix it?
Unfortunately, I do not know the history of this camera, bought by my father from a street vendor
This camera is made in China

Why is your Http port not set to 80?

I haven’t seen that minimum boot up mode before.
Is that a network only access mode? Or can you still Tftp and dump a firmware in?
I learned something today!

There are no web services, so no HTTP port, when the camera is running in the min-system recovery mode.
Is that a network only access mode?
It's a minimal system aimed at providing basic facilities to recover from incorrect firmware, corrupt configuration, failed update etc
Or can you still Tftp and dump a firmware in?
Yes, that is why the recovery mode exists.

The camera is in a 'bricked' state, possibly due to incorrect firmware being applied.
What letters if any are in the rest of the serial number?

Easy enough to try would be use the Hikvision tftp updater to apply version of the EN/ML firmware.
R6 firmware from here : DOWNLOAD PORTAL

Help! I cannot get TFTP to work!

Thanks for the support
I connected the camera directly with the computer via the Lan cable
I set my computer to 192.0.0.128

But this TFTP did not find the ip address of the camera
I tried several times but it did not work

Despite what Hikvision say in the instructions, that's not the best way to use the tftp updater.
It is more likely to be successful when both PC and camera are wired to a switch or router.

How are you powering the camera?
The tftp updater works best when the camera is powered using the 12v DC method.

Sometimes it can take several power off / power on cycles before the camera successfully probes the tftp updater.

When you first started the tftp updater, did Windows pop up a Windows firewall question, and did you click 'Allow'?

If connection still does not happen, try also disbling the Windows firewall temporarily.

Finally, it succeeded, thanks to the Switch, enabling the "TFTP updater" to find camera's IP address,
The camera has now been updated(V5.5.5) and is working fine.

Thank you for your wonderful support

last question:
Does this camera support Wi-Fi?
