Description says it supports PoE but of course their specs are not always accurate. :)

Also says it has a defrost...My version 1 doesn't seem to have a defrost. At least it's not listed in the OSD like it is on the speed domes. Unless this is new for version 2?

The "deal" seems to be good for less then 3 hours, but if you buy two saving another $20 bucks, tempting...

Go ahead! Go for it, I know you want to! :D

It says
"poE yes" further down. the three ptz's I have bought that said this did in fact have poe, so i think safe to assume this one does have poe.

Alright, I ordered it and waiting for confirmation if it has POE. You can still get it for $148 if you order it using mobile App, coupon for $20 will be applied

Received my 2nd gen camera today. Have not been able yet to test it, but I like the looks. The box was ....kind of severely damaged, but camera was well protected. The small cd was cracked so unusable. Do not now if the files are of any use. I hope I will not have the PoE problem, as I will get the 7108 Hikvision NVR shortly. This to replace some Vivotek cameras. Nb I do have if needed separate POE injectors, can I use them also on the Ethernet ports of the Hikvision 7108 NVR? Or will that fry up either the injector or the NVR?
Thx, Bert (new to this forum)

IMPORTX sent me two of the PTZ's Bullets Gen1, I had ordered the 3X Zoom and I received 10X Zoom, the funny part is that they went as far as changing the model number on the back of the camera and also the box but they never changed the silver sticker under the lens barrel. I emailed them and sent pictures of the mistake and asked them to please send me 2-3X zoom lenses so I can change them myself but they told me that they did not make 3X zoom and they would accept these two cameras back and they would pay for the shipping back to them, but now i don't trust them at all. I can't tell you how mad I was when I noticed they were 10X zoom. I am still thinking if I should send them back or not I may be able to use them in my backyard, not exactly want I wanted but I did end up installing one of them to see how it work and what kind of view I could get from the 5.1MM lens in the front of my house but the FOV is way too narrow I want to see more of my driveway and the street in front, I do have to say these cameras are really cool to play with... too bad they are not the ones I ordered.
BUYER BEWARE Just be very careful when you order and what you received, they don't seem to care about the consumer i just stating if they tried to pull a fast one on me, they can do it with anyone else.
here are the pictures I sent them.

Where did you order yours from?

I really want a 3x but it seems like all they have is the 10x but they will take your money even if it's not available. ugh

BeerNut be careful take a look at my post (#129) with the pictures from IMPORTX they took my money and they shipped the wrong product and tried to fool me changing the model number of the camera and the box. On a different note I did speak to Monica last week at Huisun about the 3X and she told me that they would NOT have the 3X until after chinese new years but in Ver1 not Ver2 she did tell me that they would not be making it in version2 but the story may change from day to day like their specs on their websites. I have not bought from Huisun but from what i have ready from everyone who has bought from them they seem to be the most honest.

The first 10x mini bullet I ordered from Monica when the cameras were new to the forum was supposed to have the alarm/mic inputs, but didn't. She did the right thing in fixing that mistake, so I am inclined to trust them at this stage.

You got full refund? :)

In this case he got more then what he ordered. Btw, did anyone see how much it is to ship it back? It's like $70 for usps priority with tracking.

Hard to believe a Chinese company screwing an American consumer. lol Find a seller that has good remarks from buyers and forums. Not much recourse if they screw you. But if you get a low priced camera and it works... Good for you. If you find a good seller on AE, let people know. You can always buy from a local dealer/pay higher prices, and get a warranty/service/updates/free advise for setup. With AE you get nothing, but maybe a low cost working camera. It's all a crap shoot.

So I ordered it, but, I don't know what I will be getting: :)

(Need to read from the bottom)

I made a payment. Looking forward to the cam. Can you please test it out the functions before shipping it? I don't want to get another defective one. Thank you so much!

That was from another seller, but it looks exactly like the one you have and same model as the one on the picture you have HS-SCB415IP-V10. In any case as long this is the model you are selling with POE, I am ok

Seller: 2016-01-25 16:17:36
which one ?

Me: 2016-01-25 16:13:08
I am just trying to determine this is the same camera I already ordered before and that it has POE

Me: 2016-01-25 16:01:33
So this model is HS-SCB415IP-V10-E? Thanks

Hi, I will make a payment once you can confirm this model has POE module. I recently purchased the same cam from another seller with defective POE module, so just wanted to make sure. Also do you test the cams fully before shipping them out? Thank you for your time!
