How are these numbers being reported? Are they based on patient's documented information or the clinic/hospital they've undergone the testing and reported to?

Beats me. I don't work for Wunderground or IBM, didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express and have never played a data analyst on TV either.

Oh yeah, wouldn't the slowest shipping simply allow more time for something to be exposed?

A lot depends on how much we're paying for that Oil... and where the Oil is coming from.

If we're paying a lot for Oil from US territory, then does not make much sense imho.
If we're paying very little for Oil ( i.e. cheaper than it would cost us to pump it ) from a foreign source - then I'm all for it. Eventually it will go up in price - and if we hoard the world's supply which is cheap to drill - we can make bank as a nation.

Indeed, and .. our taxes, and our future taxes, are going to all sorts right now. Crazy stuff is going on, the Fed is even allowing junk bonds to be basically swapped for loans ( which may not need to be paid back ).

We're right now in a major bailout of all sorts,... expect significant social unrest in the future once people figure this out.

The concern is with the contents in the box carrying the virus. The idea is over several days any virus put there by Amazon handlers will gradually inactivate.

I consider this a low risk scenario but I wash my hands immediately after handling incoming shipments. Easy, cheap, safe.

Due to the worsening global shortage of PPE (personal protection equipment), providers are being left with inadequate protection. Masks, best dealt with as single use items, are being reused. There simply is not enough supply of higher grade protection supplies to meet the need.
I am an MD Anesthesiologist and maker. I have combined 30 years of medical knowledge, design skill, and professional familiarity with airway equipment to create this Bunny Science PAPR Halo. It is NOT an approved medical device. Its use is solely at your risk.
This easily built PAPR is released as an emergent aid for the benefit of my fellow providers. This device is not perfect, but probably better than unavailable or worn out PPE. Again, this is only for when normal, approved PPE is unavailable or needs to be used in more critical areas.

Bunny Science PAPR Halo - Overview
Barrier is common a plastic bag placed over head and secured around neck. PAPR Halo provides airtight penetrations through the bag for inspiration and expiration. Breathable environment inside the bag is kept at positive pressure. Expiration ports are unidirectional flow, but typically valve function is never engaged due to continual positive pressure.
Multiple Configurations are possible with the BS PAPR Halo.
Oxygen Fed - PAPR Halo is supplied 10L oxygen (or compressed, breathable air) via O2 tubing. KEEP FLOW at 10 L for best vapor clearance. Only one flutter valve is needed.
Fan - Portable operation is possible with the PAPR Halo by drawing room air through anesthesia viral filter via a fan. Fan is powered by 12 volt battery pack or AC adapter.
External Air - PAPR Halo has optional connector block for 22 mm tubing. One serves as air source while the other as expiration port. For instance, a Bair Hugger can supply air and feed it through a viral filter to the PAPR halo.
NOTE: A surgical mask should also be worn (unless using external air block with distal filtered outflow)

We're scheduled to close on an investment property tomorrow in New York, Covid Death Capital of America (C.D.C.A). Were going to slide into this sale by the skin of our teeth...if it happens. Our attorney just self-quarantined for a very good reason but she got her law partner to cover. If it doesn't happen tomorrow we stand to lose $110,000 smack-a-roonies. Meanwhile -- if we do close -- my income is probably going to drop from $100,000 year to $26,000 and that $74,000 difference is how we planned to improve and carry the property. If Mrs. Q keeps her job we'll we'll figure it out. If she doesn't w e a r e f u Q e d.

But it seems that -- one way or the other -- we are all in the same FUQED UP BOAT, floating down a FUQED UP CREEK, in the land of EVERYONE IS FUQED, without fuQing paddles.

I lost my shit today at the seller's realtor today; there was death spit coming out of my mouth. I seriously need some Valium. No got Valium, but I do got some Oxy in my Apocalypse Now Med Kit (thank goodness)...tonight I will sleep the sleep of the heavily medicated.

Health? So far we are 100% A-OK, except for the symptoms I've previously described. I think we may be one of those "mild cases"...who..."never knew they had it". But who the FuQ knows because, unless Mrs. Q and I get tested, we'll never truly know.
