No, can't say that I did. It was usually vehicles tearing up the traffic signals and street lights and their respective poles plus a few control cabinets...although one time we had a huge fork lift fall off a 18 wheeler low boy trailer as it went around a corner and roll over a traffic signal pole and mashed it flat as a pancake.
When it came to airplanes, I did replace a couple of runway marker lights and a VASI (Visible Approach Slope Indicator) at a county airport that were run over by airplanes...but at least they belonged there and were not out in the roadways!
