The small HDD share has fixed the recording issue. I wonder what NAS would you recommend to use with?

The other camera however is dead, I tried 4-5 different firmware's posted here mainly in this forum, but had no luck.
Can you please suggest good 5.2.5 firmware = the original was 5.2.5 with english menus, however trying to fix the NAS problem made me tempted to change it and now the camera is bricked. It's a bullet version dc2032 i believe.

However I have managed only to apply firmware, that camera goes to 4.16 or something like that version and someone have already posted that this is not fully functional firmware and it is happening when you try to install incompatible one on your camera.
Any suggestions or links for a good firmware would be appreciated.

In terms of useful and usable features, build quality and reliability, the Hikvision 2-series IP cameras offer very good 'bang for the buck', in my view.
True that the built-in NVR feature where recording direct to a file share on a NAS or other server could be architected better in terms of how it organises the storage - but that's just one feature of many in the design.

Many people have had good success with the 5.2.5 firmware linked in the first post here: https://www.ipcamtalk.com/showthread.php/4036-Custom-Firmware-Downgrader-5-3-0-Chinese-to-5-2-5-English
The link also holds the Hikvision-specific tftp updater tool, and usage instructions.
If SADP is showing the firmware version as '4.0.8 or similar' then the camera is likely to be in the 'min-system' recovery mode, which it enters with various problems such as incompatible firmware loaded.

The other camera however is dead, I tried 4-5 different firmware's posted here mainly in this forum, but had no luck.
Truly dead? ie does not interact with the tftp update tool?
One test you could try is to change the PC IP address to 192.0.0.128, have the PC and camera wired to your LAN in the usual way, use 'ping -t 192.0.0.64', power-cycle the camera and watch for responses.
Normal would be 2 or 3 replies a second or 2 after power-on as it probes for the tftp updater, with none thereafter.
Given this - the camera would normally be recoverable.

Always try the original first it's compatible with more models than the four line.

Tried last night with both firmwares, no luck so far
Camera keeps rebooting, which result with losing the ping to it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

looks like i have unbricked my cam
Well done. What did you do differently? Maybe wait a bit before power-cycling?
You are quite right when you equate what your time is worth against the replacement cost.
But what value experience and fun?

As I have mentioned before i have played with original mtd5 & mtd6 files
Also I have added some extra filenames on my cam and after the firmware flash the files were gone.
That's why I thought once you apply new firmware the files are being restored too, but that was the mistake.
I hade to restore the original files manually from backup that I had.

so steps are:
1. Set your PC IP to 192.0.0.128 then flash your firmware with english 5.2.5 - you can find them around in this forum quite few versions of them
first that I tried was a chinese menus, then with my second try I ended up with english version

2. do not stop TFTP after you receive Success .... msg

3. Telnet to the cam 192.0.0.64
User= root
password= 12345
and type: ftpd&

4. In you PC start FTP client of your choice and transfer the original files:
mtdblock5
mtdblock6
back to the camera, in the temp folder /tmp

5. cd /tmp/
cat <Original file name> /dev/mtdblock5
cat <Original file name> /dev/mtdblock6

6. Close your TFTP updater window

7. in your telnet CAM window type: reboot

Right after the reboot you will hear a CLICK sound from your cam, IR light will go off

That's it your cam is unbricked now!:)

Please Note after the reboot files in CAM /tmp folder will be gone

Yep - that's in the ramdisk. Most of the software executes in RAM and the running data lives in RAM, for performance. So it's transient on a reboot or power cycle.

Glad it worked out for you, I see from your post you finally worked it out that a 5.28 will only work with the 5.25 firmware the downgrader won't have the desired effected, but the brick recovery guide saved the day lol.
Please note that you will not be able to upgrade the model at all.

Can someone recommend a good NAS solution for these cameras?
I don't want to use PC, but for example WD does not support partitioning and the camera doesn't recognize 1 TB partition
So it should be a NAS that allows partitioning of HDD and doesn't cost a fortune as Synology

If you don't want to use a PC, then forget using a nas, just get yourself a NVR for greater control of your camera's.
