Here's another hikvision. Doesn't have POE though.
I have a DoorBird and it's okay. I wish it had more accurate motion detection, higher-resolution sensor. I leave the motion off because there are too many false detections so it's pretty much useless. My DoorBird was installed about 5 yrs...
Here's a complete guide on how to set up your Hikvision cameras and NVR, in addition to setting up the smartphone app, etc. It's super detailed. The only issue I had so far was that my NVR needed a reboot, after going through the Wizard, before it would detect any cameras...
Anyone here use Netonix POE+ switches? I read about them on Ubiquiti forum and the user base there seems to really like them. I plan to run some Hikvision cameras as well as Ubiquiti APs:

Razer and MrFixit, do you have any shots of your 4mm and 2.8mm you could send our way? I might consider doing a 2.8mm at the front door as both of you suggest and then 4mm or 6mm for the other areas.
I wonder if he meant this model which has motorized pan/tilt and is IP66:

These look nice. I'm a newb. Where's the best place to buy these in the US?
Edit: found 4 turrets for $570: http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/bmAxDi56
Anyone know where I can buy the inclined ceiling mounts (DS-1281ZJ-M)?
