day/night switch blanked out, i want to set it to day only but cant, how to fix??

cant find anywhere the shutter speed setting for my 5442 camera, where can i find it?? through pretty much every setting i can find and nothing.

need a decent camera, want 4K and have decent night time performance. DS-2CD2387G2H-LIU look ok 5443's are only 4MP and are good IPC-HDW5842T-ZE are good as well is there anything else?? i just dont know what to get.

all of a sudden my NVR just displayed "failed to find network host" for all the cameras, appears POE power has dropped out on it?? all the cameras are connected directly to the NVR ports. tried restarting and same issue. anyone know whats going on?? where do i find the poe settings? i cant find...

i have a hikvision NVR that has half of the channels POE ports, i cant seem to add any more cameras as it says i dont have room but half the POE ports are empty and i have cameras plugged into a POE switch. do the cameras have to be plugged into the NVR's poe ports in order to use these channels...

this behaviour has been annoying me for ages, on hikvision nvr's you right click the camera you want to replay footage on and select playback it comes up with that camera to play back, but on dahua you have to right click and select search then untick all the camera numbers you dont want to play...
