I have had blue iris running on Windows 11 for sometime now. Recently I noticed nothing was being saved at all since 2 weeks ago. Checking the folders for clips, new where everything goes. Clips is on C drive and new is on d drive. It seems the folders are read only now. I have done everything...

Purchased through PayPal. Already mentioned it in this thread.. From what I read you needed to send him info for the purchases. I bought two tickets through link with receipts.. that means there was an invoice. Whatever. I will just eat 10 bucks.. lesson learned

I have a 256 SSD for just OS, BI and DB. Data drive with no moving of clips of 4GB. Recommended drives. Not so much playback performance. More like CPU usage that slows down access of viewing live. Etc

Yes I have done all the optimizations. I am still chugging along mostly fine . Playback can be crappy at times

It is a dell mini tower. I am quite capable of upgrading anything in it.

Hi all I have been running Blue Iris on a meek i5-4590 for quite awhile now. Now that I am up to 12-15 cams and 2 of them larger PTZs the slowness is getting worse.. Dell Optiplex 7080 Mini Tower 16gb, 256 SSD and 4TB. Assuming a IF-8500 is what I need. Any options with retrofitting this case...

Since I am using the Sunrise/sunset utility I should leave it on day/night?

Another quick question. When I checked the day/night profile it was on night time. So when I switched it to day it corrected the color. Except I notice the settings are greyed out and wont let me set color or b/w. What do I have configured that would prevent that?

Yesterday I was messing with some settings on a Cam (IPC-t5442t-ze) I have set up in a temporary location. After changing settings on multiple cams I noticed this cam is stuck in B&W. Can anyone tell me what went wrong? I have restarted it.

Now I can watch the Garden thieves!

I am still messing with this IVS. I do have triggered events showing as alerts in Blue Iris now. Just trying to understand the tripwire and what I am doing wrong. Santa tripped wire going from right to left. But did not trip it going left to right (see pic) The young lady did not trip the wire...
