Just an update from sunny NSW Australia.
I am amazed and thankful for the professionalism, patience and humour that this guy has.
Although the Spring Festival was about to start and I can imagine all logistics were overloaded, I got my
SD49225T-HN (yeah ctrl-V) 7 days from pressing the order button (in regional Australia) .
Andy has answered any questions promptly and the cam is excellent.. a big learning curve after fixed focus turrets and bullets.
I now see that IVS has been something a long time coming, next couple of posts will try to pay back some of the knowledge and hard work that I have found here. After much ado I have reliably got IVS recording and alerts to work with SmartPSS and no NVR .
Intrusion is amazing after you set the parameters, Thanks to Caligirl and Nayr for the IVS posts, so much effort !
Thanks all and hopefully the knowledge I have gained will make life a bit easier for anyone struggling with this.

I bought four cams, four separate orders always tax free and fast shipping, five days in Italy I think it's also the same for the UK I contacted Andy and paid with Paypal for the last three order.

Is UK import tax free guaranteed or were you just lucky, obviously not delivered by DHL who always find some excuse to add "Handling Fees", I would like a few Dahua as I need to replace a Hikvision that keeps resetting the video resolution every day. 9 days delivery is fine by me.

It was guaranteed as Andy first ships it to Netherlands from China not sure how but you can not track that bit. Your tracking (UPS) will only start after it reaches Netherlands and clears customs. Your parcel will look like it came from the EU and not china hence no tax or VAT.
