hi sirs, am have a problem with focus in night, im use presets ... camera going with program. im usually downgrade FW for zoom in preset. Is possible way set focus in preset to? (sometimes disfocusing needed too) - maybe possible program in preset... and focus speed is that changabe parameter?
here is my problem...

ATTENTION: A newer version IPNC_Amba_V1.0.2_build201511191322 have a bug with the zoom. A saved position do not remember the zoom position.

Another important info:
!!! Both cams have a problem with sysnology, they do not save a camera position !!!

My first cam have:

Knows everyone if i can extract the firmware from the second cam, or where can download the version "MiniPtz_V1.0.2_build201601261457"?

anyone know if there is now a more recent firmware version? Maybe someone has MiniPtz_V1.0.2_build201601261457 access to the aforementioned version and can make it available.

ich have two cams Mini PTZ V1. One Cam have the Firmware MiniPtz_V1.0.2_build201601261457, the annother one have an older version.

Please can everyone upload this Firmware?

For Information, i have a V2 cam too. The night vision isn´t very good.

Looks like hikvision on ambarela template but it's another solution
Don't have this ipc, but i think not bad solution.

I am having trouble with my presets keeping focus. I have a preset that is zoomed in to 10x, and even if I tune focus manually, it eventually drifts off.

The camera is set to semi-auto focus, and the subject is a tall bird feeder on the lawn--so there is nothing right behind the subject, all the background is WAY in the background.

Do I need to be on manual focus?

I'm using firmware from the first post.

Oh, other presets which look at closer objects seem to be OK, but I haven't done any real testing in that regard.

@Cole Wood, I should have thought of that. I zoomed back to 9.5x, adjusted focus, re-set the preset... and it seems to have helped. Thanks!

in cam Live view page, call preset 95 and navigate the menu with ptz up/down button, select with right.
you want the camera/ir led/mode setting (auto/on/off). select exit when done to clear the OSD.

is the IR's don't come on in 'auto' at night, you may need to adjust the 'sensitivity' in there as well...

Thanks...I'll give that a try when it gets darker.

I was unable to locate anything IR related within the configuration tab of the camera...but I kept searching and found this.

oh, right. looks to be the same settings as in preset 95, just easier to access. :)

i believe thos settings adjust the amount of IR light based on the current zoom level.
too much IR on close subjects will wash things out. i haven;t changed those from the defaults,
but i also don;t focus on anything closer than 30-40ft...

@jeronimo4, you don't need a password, just point to the file and the camera does the rest.

i believe @klasipca keeps the download link in the first post here up to date with the latest available firmware,
and that appears to be the same as yours, so "no".
