Yes - this is completely expected... vaccine helps a lot, but even the best vaccines ( pfizer, moderna ) "only" 94% effective vs original SARS-CoV-2 variant - so some will get COVID-19 even with vaccination.

FYI - mRNA does not affect your DNA btw... - so no extra arms with those vaccines...

Yep, you just have to hope that the newly triggered proteins instructed to fight disease don't view your brain as something that's diseased. Hey, maybe that's what "Fear The Walking Dead" is getting us ready for!!!

This is because you have a large number of the population thinking that once they are vaccinated they can get back to everyday life and not worry about masks etc anymore. In addition to all those who have given up, don't care and just walk around maskless, go to bars and clubs, dine indoors in crowded restaurants - at this rate it is never going away (hence the curve has flatlined and started to go back up instead of dropping).

Just like the common cold. Rhinoviruses, they mutate every day of the cold and flu season.
These are the conditions of life, folks. Get over it.
We ARE all going to die at some point.
Just a different point for each different person.

we closed the schools there has been less than 300 deaths in children 0-17 yo, out of a total of 75,000,000 children. There has been over 39,000 deaths from all causes in this age group.

Over 70% of the corvid deaths in people that are Obese.
80% of the deaths are in people over 65 YO.
So if you are Fat and Old you may be in trouble.

and I thought it was those in the sewer ( state ) climbing on top of each other attempting to get a breath while pushing others below them...

It has been all over the media how the vaccine is 100% effective at preventing death from covid. For example:
Take whatever COVID vaccine you can get. All of them stop death and hospitalization.
" Not a single vaccinated person has died of COVID-19. ", vs:
"While there are many mild cases of COVID-19, about a fifth of infections result in severe disease, and nearly 1% of infected people die."

On the other hand, there's now this info out of Oregon:
The Oregon Health Authority said Thursday it has identified 168 COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough cases — when vaccinated individuals test positive for the virus — through April 2, including three deaths.

Once again, the actual information isn't what the media tells us, yet you're a science denier to not believe it. And to boot, the death rate of the breakthrough cases is 1.7%, higher than the stated death rate for non-vaccinated people.

From the stats, the Moderna and Pfizer mRNA vaccines have been basically 100% effective(*) in preventing deaths from SARS-CoV-2 original spike variant.
( Moderna and Pfizer stats were 94% effective in preventing COVID-19 for those vaccinated vs the original spike variant .. )

The challenge is coming now from numerous variants which have mutated the spike protein - the anti-body response of those vaccinated is not as effective vs these newer variants of the spike protein.

So, we still need to do some of the usual precautions - especially for those elderly. ( example keep the vitamin D levels up, .. )

Yes, Covid-19 has changed the world.. and each year we will probably have a new vaccine booster shot for Corona...

(*) - stating 100% - probably closer to 99.99% .. )
