PTZ fails after firmware update

Try from post 251;

I noticed in light areas it had colour, I went into the Web interface again and selected B&W for Day Night mode, This was on Star IR. it switched the camera into B&W and fixed the issue which I believe is simply due to the IR lights giving off a strong Red glow and the image sensor still looking for full colour. I will run it again tonight to test again but hopefully this has fixed both issues,

Is there anything I'm missing in order to get successful upgrade?
Maybe the file they sent is wrong, could you please help me to find the correct file?

Hi all,

I am also troubleshooting the PTZ error with my camera.
camera model: NZRX-207-6W
firmware: V5.00.R02.00030674.10010.344308.0000000

I've tried several firmwares but cannot get PTZ to work anymore.
I also tried the preset options but they did not help.
your support is highly appreciated.

Thank you for replying. I have this camera which was almost dead for 2 years due to covid and today i found your article and updated the software using one of the provided firmware here. now its back to life and ptz is working too but its too slow. how to increase decrease its speed. i am posting its version here.
