Unfortunately likely very true I would hope that Andy would/will try to do something, particularly about the crazy shipping cost
Andy didn't break my camera. Dahua shipped a faulty camera to me...and apparently to many others as well. Let me be clear regarding my previous post: I believe that Andy has integrity. However, there has been ample evidence that many SD49225T-HN cameras were shipped defective. That's not Andy's fault; that is on Dahua and my bet is that Dahua denies everything.
