I just upgraded my VTO2000a / VTH1560 / VTH1550CH with the below firmware kindly provided by fa355115
- VTH151X_EngItlFrnGerDutSpnPrt_V4.000.100B000.0.T.20180906
- VTOXXX_EngItlFrnGerDutSpnPrt_P_16M_V3.120.001P000.0.T.20181025
But now the VTH don't connect to the VTO anymore, while if I add the VTO as an IPC in the VTH I can get the video.
Could someone help me reconfiguring it ?
Btw, I also noticed that on the VTH there's no "project" settings anymore.

Hi!
My advice: reset all to factory default. Then configure your VTO first (can be done through VDP config to set/change IP), then by the webservice. Once the VTO is online, plugin the VTH, set IP configuration and let it discover the VTO. That gave (at least with me) the best chance for success.

PS. "project setting" menu is hidden: press the "setting" button for 5 more seconds on the VTH, then it'll ask for the "project" settings.

After reseting everything to factory default (looks like we had the same idea), the VTHs can see the VTO and are ringing when VTO button is pressed but I only get audio. When using monitor I can see the video, it's only not shown for incoming calls.

Yes, I remember that someone in my review post ([Review] VTO2000A & VTH1550CH & VTNS1060A Intercom Kit) had the same. Go the the webservices page on the VTO and switch the "group call" option.

Unchecking the group call option (and restarting VTO/VTH doesn't solve the issue. The VTH don't see the VTO anymore. Moreover, in that case the 2 VTH wouldn't ring when someone presses the VTO button.
With the group call option checked, I get the audio only on both VTH + Audio/video on iDMSS Plus.
Is there something special to be done on VTH/VTO ?

Yo lo he solucionado entrando en config del vth presionando los 5 segundos/config vto/ desactivarlo/ poner la contraseña del vto/activar el vto para que se quede guardada la contraseña y ya me ha funcionado el video del vth y el abrir la puerta que me ponia error lock1.

I have solved it by entering the configuration by pressing 5 seconds / config vto / DEACTIVATE / put the password of the vto / ACTIVATE the vto so that the password is saved and the video of the vth has worked and the door that made me error lock1 .

I upgraded from General_VTOXXX_Eng_P_16M_V3.120.0000.0.R.20180613 to the one above with VDPconfig, upgrade went well, but i cant access the web service anymore, the alarm sound will start after it shows up in the VDPconfig tool, does anyone else has the same issue? And how to fix it? Thanks!

Solved! the alarm wil sound if the anit-tamper button state is changed with the (older) stock firmware, but with the new firmware, it will sound if the button is out/off, which it was, since it is on my desk.
So if other people af the same problem, tape the button

Has anyone already had any luck with the SIP functions? I only want to use my (Android) mobile phone and the VTO, i tried the onboard SIPserver, no luck, i do want to try a local SIP server, but i saw in an other post that Asterisk is not supported anymore, which SIP server should i use? Since i have no experince with SIP servers.

I got the build in SIP-server working, with groupcall, but only on my local network.. I forwarded all the ports from the upnp, since those failed. I can connect with the gDMSS app over port 37777 when i am on 4G.
But i get an 502 code when i try any softphone app. Does someone know what i could be doing wrong?

Please please pretty please disable Upnp immediately, double check that ALL port forwards in your internet router are gone. Otherwise: remove them ASAP. You are exposing yourself to tons of botnet scans a day, and your VTO will be hacked. Period.
Read Cliff Notes or VPN Primer for Noobs. Please.
For push notifications to work on your gDMSS app, you need to open OUTBOUND port 2195 (not INBOUND).
Then it should work.

I did try only port 2195, but i cant connect to that port with the gDMSS app, i do get an alert when the anti-temper switch is off on 37777.
