Okay, I see a difference. When I clock on the IE icon I get the logon page and then the link to install plugins (which leads to nowhere) then I click on Settings to get to where the OP is and there's a difference. The biggest diff is that the default gateway is greyed out.

What about CBR, have you tried that? I use the sub stream on my mobile devices so it's essential for me and because it's a lower quality it never lags.
