I have already disabled the firewall and windows is up to date. Is there a way to see a detail log on BI's attempt to connect to the camera? I am really curious because VLC on the same machine manage to stream it and the codec info shows that it is H264...

When I select alerts in clips, and right click an item -> delete -> recycle, it says "Are you sure that you want to move this CLIP to the recycle bin?" And at that point I get scared that I'll delete the clip itself, not just the alert (wussy, I know)
