Annke Firmware to Hikvision Firmware: HOW TO

No need to flood the forum with the same question in multiple threads.

Please, what is latest firmware for i91bl camera? and where I can download it? :(
I have V5.7.1 build 220316, and it's without 264 :( Thanks

Is there a firmware for I91BK (CZ504)? There's a bug with the ONVIF status not resetting back to IDLE after a PTZ move in the current FW V5.7.1 build 230706.

Thanks!

I was looking at that one earlier, but it has a different resolution: 2560x1440 (Hikvision) vs 3072x1728 (Annke). It seems that Annke might use some modified version of the firmware?

Edit: I would be okay with the resolution downgrade, just don't want to brick the camera.
I YOLOed the upgrade, it went fine, camera works, but the ONVIF bug still remains.

Hi everyone,

with your help I flashed my first Annke camera already. Everything working good so far!
Now, I purchased a I91DU (NCBR800) camera and flashed to V5.7.19 build 241207

From what I could see, it should be DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/S(L)(RB)

Now, my problem is that the red alarm light is always on. I tried to dealarm in the settings, tinkered around with the lighting but the red light stays on.
Is it a firmware issue or misconfiguration?

your error is not quite clear from the above. show a screenshot, and do not forget to create onvif admin1 user on the camera your password
The issue is with the camera not returning the pan tilt status (MOVING, IDLE) correctly when relative move with FoV translation is sent:
1. Issue an ONVIF relative move with following translation space: 2. Read the status using GetStatus.
3. Observe that the MoveStatus.PanTilt gets stuck in MOVING state, until another non Fov space command is issued.
This is a bug in Hikvision firmware. This functionality works in other manufacturers camera's, e.g. Dahua.

You can read about the issue and the use case in Frigate github: [Camera Support]: Hikvision DS-2SE7C144IW-AE and autotracking · blakeblackshear frigate · Discussion #15793

I have the I91BL. Does the h264 only exist for the newer I91D* series?
If you have the I91BL/BM then you have a 2.8mm lens, the I91DL/DM has a 4mm lens.
But it doesn't matter what fw these cameras have.
Having version V5.7.1 build 230627 or V5.7.3_240410 you definitely have Video Encoding settings and the ability to select h264/h264+/265/265+ as shown the PHILka.RU on screnshot.
Write what version of fw it shows you in the web administration of the camera or in the SADPTool program from hika

SADP on hikvision site

As I recall, if you have a very old fw you should be able to update the camera from within its administration or nvr

is there this firmware in the original zip format without .7z needed for remote updating, only the original zip format, something like C800_I91DM_I91DL_I91DS_V5.7.3_240410.zip
I'm already explaining the reason for 7z and not zip.

First of all, I've lost some data several times in the past.
And secondly, I like consistency if I have more of something. Then I start to arrange it my way and if I have to deal with winrar, zip packages then I repackage them into 7z

(I know I can do updates with .zip, but personally I always did them with digicap.dav)
Next time the original zip will be uploaded :)
