Your SIP firmware is for the 3221 and not the 3211. Although Google does not help much in finding out what device the 3221 is, this also surfaced earlier in this thread.

Two comments: first time I explored mine, config tool identify the hardware as 3221; secondly, VTO 3221 doesn't exist in any list of devices made from Dahua in all global search I've made. So to me 3221 and 3211 are two versions of the same hardware, eventually for different market ( China, Russia and so on). But I'm ready to change opinion if someone show me what device 3221 is.
I have a problem to turn online P2P on VTO3211D. When I try at work P2P, it became online. When I try at home, it stays offline whatever I do. Same configuration but working in office and not working at home. There is only one difference between I found is WAN address. At home WAN IP starts with 100.xxx.xxx.xxx. In office WAN IP starts with 78.xxx.xxx.xxx. Does anyone come across similar problems?
hello I have a problem with a VTO 3211, I updated the firmware V1.000.0012000.0.R.20180509 once finished the update, every time I try to access the address 192.168.1.110 comes out the error "login error" ( username admin password admin) can anyone help me? thanks

I'm discovering dahua door station with this VTO3211D-P2 (2018-04-21 V3.200.9999000.0.R) and VTH5221 trough POE
Direct connection working good (call and answer)
I'm able to connect to the ip adress, changed the password, see the video,
I can't get the QRcode: in the web server, under P2P, status is offline and there is no SN, and when I click enable -> ok, I get "save failed"
In smartPSS, I find the device, I can see the video. When I click on the modify icon, the section "device details" is empty, there is no "SN"
Reset button next to sdcard slot is not doing anything, after 1s 5s or 10s 15s 20s 60s ... I tried many times
Did I buy a VTO with no SN, not registered at Dahua ?!
Am I missing something ?

Maybe fake dahua device? Do you have printed a S/N on the sticker at back of the device?

Me too bought the same VTO from Aliexpress, maybefrom a different seller, but mine has SN on NET config and on VDP config also. About reset I have to point out that you have to push the reset button five times sequentially and not five seconds.
And upon completion of that procedure, you'll hear a definitive double beep to confirm the reset process.

- SN is showing inVDPconfig, SN not showing in smartPSS
- Still not able to have p2p online; routeur is properly connected in the POE switch (my computer also is, and I get internet),
- On the routeur settings: I tried to open port 37777, activate DHCP, set permanent DHCP on VTO mac adress, reboot router
- Also tried UPnP on VTO settings ... (probably unrelated to P2P)
How to check if VTO can access internet ?

It seems somehow your VTO does not get out to the internet. Pls. Check your gateway and dns settings on the VTO.

Ok gateway was the issue thanks. I change 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.254 which is the routeur adress.
Now online

Not letting any chinese servers havin access to my "castle" - so can't help with this.

As @riogrande75 wrote, I prefer having a VPN connection open all the time, while being on wifi (at home or at work / hotspots) or on 4g. Then you're pretty sure everything will work just fine.
As my post above, I had upgraded my VTO3211D-P2 to the same version you have (2018-04-21 V3.200.9999000.0.R) it was successfully. It is measing: it has the italian language as well, works fine for me...But... I discovery a BIG issue on this version of firmware:
Once I open the exsternal DOOR, the VTO keep the DOOR LOCK's coil energized in a continouse way. it became impossible to close the door anymore. the olny way to solve it is switch off the VTO and switch on it again. But the next time I open the DOOR, it happen the same think.
I try to change the firmware but is is impossible. I try all the firmware I found on the web, but no ones is suitable for upgrade/downgrade my VTO.
I bouth a new VTO3211D-P2 it is working fine with the original "old" firmware. I din't change any wire in the configuration of the cable connection in between the VTO and the DOOR LOCK. this means it was ok and the software firmware has a configuration issue.
Do anyone know how to FACTORY RESET the VTO?
If you still can access the VTO's web services page (eg http://192.168.1.109), you'll find under settings a "default" button.
