Dahua IP intercom: VTO3211D-P2 (new P & P4 ) door station - experience, review, firmware support?

Has anyone managed to integrate the VTO3211 with an external 3PBX? In my case it receives calls but doesn't make them.

I have a couple of VTO2000A's as SIP ext. on asterisk and unify pbx's.
As sw is from same generation, VTO3211 should work fine.

I have a VTO2202 that has been working for years with Vitalpbx and various phones. Instead, the 3221 model registers on the switchboard, receives and answers calls, but does not call because you must necessarily match the VTH extensions on the intercom keypad. So even if you configure the "Villa Station" parameter, it does not make any calls. I think it is impossible to make it work, if you want to try, let me know

Ok, never had a VTO3211 in my hands.
Do you have VTH's configured at all?

If you disable the VTO's internal SIP server an hook the device up to a pbx, don't you get any INVITE msg. to PBX after call setup?
What values can be set as "Device Type":

Can you export config and let me have a look at it?

PS: Are you able to make SIP/wireshark traces?

Thanks for your feedback. No INVITE packets when I press the call button and with Wireshark I don't see anything interesting. I don't think it's possible to have him call through the PBXwire.png

In the Device Type entry there is only the "Villa Station" entry after I connect the VTO to the Asterisk SIP server

guys I solved it. it was easier than expected. The "Villa Call N." field it should be left blank, two extensions should be created as if they were VTHs, leaving the default password.
Then in the keypad layout just apply the same ones and call without problems. I complicated my life by filling in the "Villa Call No." field. Come on, it's done in the VTO2202P
