PTZ/Focus/Iris controls have stopped working after last upgrade using XMEye app. I wonder if you could help me find the right/previous firmware for this camera (you can see the model and latest firmware below) and the tools/steps to upload the new firmware.

I´ve found the firmwares 30678 for XM530_80x20 and 30679 for XM550_80x50. Which one should I install on my IPC XM530_80x50_8M?
Do I need special tools to upload the new firmware? Can I do it remotely? Can I use XMEye app?

I can´t find an option that allows me to upload a firmware on any menu through the device login at xmeye.net. Under Maintenance there is just a tick to allow automatic online firmware update but nothing else to upload a file.
Onvif device manager doesnt allow me to update the firmware either.
Maybe I should try CMS tool? Can I download it for free from anywhere?
CMS is on the web just google it or you can use device manager program. Didnt you get a cd with it?

Either this IPC doesnt support manual firmware update or maybe you can do It only from the local network which is not possible at the moment.

Successful update but PTZ controls not working with firmware 30679 for XM550_80X50. Mine is XM530_80x50.
Is there any other firmware that I could try? Or an email address/website where I could ask for the right firmware?
What about the menu initialization? Is It mandatory for the IPC to work properly? Does It need a Factory reset?

I have tried all the firmware I can find on this thread and all fail to install, my camera had the pink tinge and loss of zoom and ptz function after an auto update as seems to be the norm.

Got the files from the Aliexpress supplier, 5 in total, installed them using CMS 1 at a time. None have fixed the ptz faults won't be able to test the night vision pinkness till later. At least these files installed. I powered down the camera and rebooted too. Any help would be appreciated TIA
I need help with that one too I have 2 of these type of PTZ cameras and both have failed in the same way

Мое устройство имело данную прошивку: V5.00.R02.000559B0.10010.040300.0020010 (ключевой номер 000559B0, бывают еще 000559CD , но это модель 2020 года). Сразу после установки прошивки проблема не решилась и управление камерой не работало, а вот после сброса настроек по умолчанию всё заработало, отмечу , что ip адрес был сброшен в режим автоматического получения.
