No longer see these on Amazon or on annkesecurity.com so maybe they're finally EOL?

I'm having some problems with both of mine but 2 completely different issues.

1 camera anytime anything is disconnected like power or Ethernet when it goes back online it automatically puts the pir alarm on. (Not major but annoying)

2. 1 of the cameras keeps locking me out and changing the password.
This is happening every day or so and I have to keep fully resetting it then setting it up again it's doing my head in as it's used as a baby monitor.

This one's major problem. My network is not open to the outside world at all and everything externally is completely blocked.

Can anybody help with this issue.
I am still on the ankle firmware the camera shipped with about 12 months ago.

Quite a lot of this around (maybe being hacked) if either port forwarding had been configured for internet access, or if UPnP is enabled on both the camera and your router.

That's what I can't understand
Everything is completely closed off from the outside world.
But yet it still keeps happening.

I've made sure all ports are closed and there's no port forwarding made sure upnp is disabled etc.

I don't know what else I can do really

Did you scan a QR code (set up P2P) with your phone and/or install an app on your phone when you first got them?

No one never used the qr code It was just set up as a regular ip camera as you normally would so not sure where to go with it

Try to update the firmware. The instructions are early in this thread.

You REALLY need to update the firmware as listed in this thread. There was a major security flaw in that version of firmware.
In the wiki at the top of the page, read through how to secure your network.
Also, you might want to unplug ANYTHING that is connected to your network, and leave power off for at least 10 minutes to all those at once..
This includes smarttvs', game systems, routers switches, etc. If anything has malware on it, this will sometimes clear it.
To be clear, leave everything unplugged at the same time.

Just noticed the 2.0 version cube is on Amazon again...$60.99
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01EL3Y1YM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_ep_dp_VI40AbP5Z7Z14?tag=ipctk-20

The Seller says "ANNKE". (They list a nifty looking table top PTZ ball shaped camthat says works with Alexa, IFTTT and has auto tracking. No idea i fit would be Hik rebranded or just some generic junk )
Confused; are you referencing the sellers other items?

When I go to Amazon, it says I previously purchased this, so your link takes me to the subject camera of this thread.

Yes, I was referencing the seller "ANNKE"'s other items when you click on their name...That does not mean any of their other stuff is Hikvision or any other reputable re-brand of course.

A lot of people here seem to like these but Amazon shows less than stellar purchaser reviews? Like 33% gave it 1 star.
Anyone here not real happy with this camera?

I have 5 of the ANNKE I61DR cameras. I have had one failure right out of the box. It was replaced by ANNKE quickly with no problems. I use the cameras hard wired and use BI. Read the bad reviews most are from people that and not using BI or NVR, people that do not understand networking.
