i don't see that option please see attached screenshot@sunny0101786 In blue Iris, go to the camera you use for ALPR, go to alert tab, under alert, go to alert actions, then click + and select MQTT/Web request

It’s not picking up any plates. I’ve restarted the system multiple times, but it’s still not working. What other settings need to be adjusted to fix this?

You are going to need more zoom, especially at night, and dial it on for plates with a fast shutter and at night all you will see are the plates and head/tail lights.

You should also get your day time reads working pretty well before even trying to make night time reads work.

Why does the live video feed in BI keep freezing, sometimes for more than 4–5 seconds? I tried changing the FPS settings to 15, 20, 25, and 30 in both the camera GUI and BI camera settings, but nothing fixes the issue. I'm using a wired connection to my PC, which has a Ryzen 9 5950X, 128GB RAM, and an M.2 SSD. What am I missing?

Try creating a clone of the camera and in the clone create an Area of interest (AOI) like the below image. Then use the clone just for ALPR.

The checkmark in AOI is not saving. Every time I revisit the option, it stays unchecked.
