That's what I figured out too.
but there is no settings to control it.
I can deactivate the detection though.

Is there a way to get the feed available on macOS ? Because I can’t set any privacy mask on the image…

I already have a Windows VM on a proxmox NUC, but, I don't want to rely only on that...
I think I may not have the choice...

Will everything from Annke Cameras work with HIKVISION DS-7608NXI-K2/8P(D) ( or DS-7608NXI-I2/8P/S(E) if it is worth to pay more, since it's getting software updates like M-series with now NVR 5.02) or do I need to flash hikivision firmware to NC800, NCBR800 and AC800 to Motion detection 2.0, smart events from cameras to work properly?
 
cameras do not need to be flashed, with all HIKVISION recorders the cameras will work on the native hk protocol. DS-7608NXI-K2 is an excellent recorder and the cameras work great with it, just buy it without poe, buy a poe switch separately, any.

But will motion detection of humans and cars work on annke cameras part with hik compatible protocol on hikvision NXI NVR?

DS-7616NXI-K2(D version) currently has very good price, for DS-7616NXI-I2/8P/S(E version) I would need to pay more than two times, considering that the second one has always newest updates just like higher end M-series and is likely have longer support do you think it is worth to pay that much? From what I've read both support 2x16TB drives.

I have also response regarding bigger drives on Annke N48PAW V4 (C-R-K21B2-00) that likely has a K21B2 board and is Hikvision DS-7608NI-K1(D) NVR, bigger drives than 8TB don't work properly with this Annke NVR. It will find the drive and show a normal status of hdd, but will have issues with recording and it will be not possible to see any footage.
 
everything will work, annke is an OEM hikvision assembler, the hardware is all the same in them.

I would take DS-7616NXI-K2, it does all the tasks, updates come every month, has acusens for any 2 cameras, you need to take it without POE, it is evil on the recorder and creates a lot of problems

I can only agree. NXI-K2 is a great recorder, without POE it is more reliable and in case of the newest board ( Version D) it is frequently updated. Unless you want to auto recognize a ton of faces I don’t think you need anything beyond.

N48PAW V4 (C-R-K21B2-00) most likely closer to DS-7608NI-Q1/8P

Have you updated the firmware yourself yet? Did everything work?

yes, I flashed it, now the HiLook interface logo :)

now it remains to find firmware for C-R-K9B2-00 higher than 4.74 they have a person-car filtration
and N48PBB - K20B2 похоже нашлось то что нужно.
