Annke Firmware to Hikvision Firmware: HOW TO

Can somebody please share Annke fw NVR_N48PAW_C-R-K21B2-00 DZ_K21B2_HILOOK_ML_NEU_V4.75.000_240308

Annke support is only aware of version 230906

Could someone please help me? Annke support can’t seem to help, insisting that everything should be working. Since I updated my N48PAW recorder to version V4.71.000 build 230809, something stopped working properly in the Annke Vision app. All my event notifications are now exactly 2 minutes and 10 seconds long, every time.

I've tried adjusting the Post-Record settings on both the cameras and the recorder to 1 minute or even 5 minutes, but it always records as 2:10. Interestingly, in the recorder’s playback on a browser, the event durations display correctly, but on my phone, the recorded minutes are overwritten, causing many events to be combined into one continuous recording in the app, rather than being recorded separately.

Does anyone know what the issue could be? Perhaps someone has an older firmware version for this recorder that I could try to see if it fixes the problem? I’m not sure whether it’s an app issue or a recorder issue at this point. Support only suggested that I could view recordings in the browser, but that’s not convenient for me.

Have you tried to use Hik-connect app instead? Much much better and more frquently updated. Device should be removed from Annke vision prior to adding it to Hik-connect.

unfortunately no matter what application exactly the same thing happens :( I suspect that the recorder update broke something, that the applications cannot extract the recording times, they just have this default setting
 
I have another question in the application on the phone, the speed of transferring the live image works well for me, but when I share the image from the cameras on another phone with someone through the application (no matter which one) there is always a problem. The image takes a very long time to load and sometimes the image does not want to load at all on the second phone.
 
I tried it doesn't work and isn't the version you published earlier isn't lastest ? N48PAW_C-R-K21B2-00 DZ_K21B2_HILOOK_ML_NEU_V4.75.000_240308
this firmware is for a newer revision N48PAW_C-R-K21B2-00, for you C-R-K9B2-00

I advise you to switch from the annke app to Hik-Connect or Guarding Vision after deleting your device from the annke app

it is configured the same way as in the old application, there is no difference, just use your ddns, but I don’t quite understand why you need it.
 
Succesfully flashed Annke I51DX with DS-2CD2367G2P-LSU_S Hik firmware: Firmware_V5.7.11_240903
Looks good, just clear browser history to access the cam page.

Unfortunately my Synology Surveilance Station stopped recording with the new firmware and I was not able to setup the camera connection.
So I flashed the Annke firmware again and everything started working again.
