Getting interesting, as the HIK version of this cam is color nightvision only but the Annke is a dual light. Do you still have smart dual light option with the hik fw?
I didn't try at night and flashed back the old firmware. But the settings of the Image where the same. Settings did not change on any page as far as I tested it.

2. Camera I51DX (Dual lens) got the latest from Annke, but not yet for I91BM
Changing it to HIK FW does it still coop with N48PAW on Annke's FW?

No, smart dual light is not available. To be honest, when I used smart dual light the camera didn't stop to record because it recognized motion whenever the light changed.
Successfully flashed new version Annke C800 (I91DS) with audiable alarm, speaker and strobe light to Hik DS-2CD1363G2 Firmware_V5.8.4_241023 (G6). New web interface, all functions prefect. As sensor is 6Mp camera does not suppport higher resolution after flash, as previously stated.

This is a poor camera with shitty sensor and terrible picture quality with 12.5fps@8Mp (10fps@12Mp interpolated with original firmware) so absolutely NOT recommended.

C1200 (I91DN) Excellent camera, has been around for a year, works great at 12 MP on stock firmware. The viewing angle is large, 8 frames are enough, this is not a camera for watching movies.

Your hands and head are obviously crap, since you don’t understand and don’t see the difference. I have installed more than a thousand of these two models, and there are no complaints about them.
Is there a difference between this one and V4.75.000 build 230822 which has:
Encoding Version V5.0 build 230713
Web Version: web4.2.1build20231227
Plugin Version V3.0.6.26
Does N48PAW_C-R-K21B2-00 really support only max 8TB HDD drives?

Why did you downgrade hikvision fw to annke fw?
Did you have any problems with it?
I'm not so happy about how it works now and I'm starting to think whether it is drive issue or nvr is having problems with 5x4K cameras, so I wonder what have changed in newer firmware since there are no realese notes and it is still V4.75.000.
About the drive I alread have 8TB data center drive there and would need to buy a 10TB surveillance AI drive, but if it won't work I will lose money since return will be problematic, that's why I'm asking if you or someone else tried 10TB or 12TB drives in this Annke NVR or Hikvision ones since this one is based on K21B2 model(Annke N48PAW C-R-K21B2-00 is likely a Hikvision DS-7608NI-K1(D) )
In the attachment with PDF from 22.11.2024 hikvision tests with K21B2 series they only tested 8TB to be working

Is there some good starting guide? as on Annke.com are those articles pretty old
I had "motion" recording with Android App notifications working.
But they suggested to "Restore all device parameters to default settings." so I did but then was problem to get those Motion notification working...tried multiple settings and no result.
Then I also "reset" all camera settings and after i was able to get it working on D1,D2. D3 not doing notifications with same settings
Really drives me crazy, what is where the problem now...should i also "Draw area" or it take all by default?
Better to pick Motion or Event? as the "Alarm,M|A, Motion & Alarm" support mentioned that is basically useless / not used

Select M|A (motion OR alarm) and in the Lintage Action tab check "Notify surveillance center".

I've got a Annke C800 since some days.
I would like to know if there is an hikivision firmware for it?
Because I don't have the control on the white light use when there is a detection made.
And because I want to see if I can deactivate email configuration but let the credentials.
And maybe to have the capability to see live view on my mac from a browser... because for now, all my browser doesn't get the Live View...
Here what I have :
By reading some posts before this one, I can see that C800 are many differents models... not juste turret or bullet type.
I purchased my C800 cameras directly from annke europe. i don't have more choice thant bullet or turret.

figure out the settings, the white light turns on only when the camera is in night mode black and white picture, during the day the light does not turn on, in the settings specify the night mode smart. for viewing on mac use ivms 4200 for mac
