Were you streaming camera to a monitor and at same time tried downloading a video file? It could be one reason why it was slow downloading due to bandwidth limitation via camera Ethernet port.

Bill
I don't think so.i was on the playback page.web login using desktop windows 7.ie tab in chrome.

I am trying to upgrade the firmware but the upgrade button is not working.
Am I missing something?
Also, the device information page is completely blank.
Thanks for the help!

What browser are you using?
Reboot the camera and see if the problem persists.
Also there is the updater tool - except I can't find the link to it on this forum.

Is that a Hikvision rebranded PTZ?
I see you're not getting any useful responses in your quest.
The model number is not helpful - is that what's on the label, or the System info in the web GUI?

I've upgraded (remotely) from:
Program Version V2.0.1 Build 201603031830S
Control Version MiniPtz_V1.0.2_build201601261457
Web Page Version 1.1.1 Build 20160303
Plugin Version 1.0.4.41

After the upgrade the camera system states:
Program Version V2.0.1 Build 201607221508S
Control Version MiniPtz_V1.0.2_build201607111019
Web Page Version 1.1.1 Build 20160722
Plugin Version 1.0.4.41

However, although the image is correct, the PTZ is way off now;
PTZ control up is down and vise versa. Right is left and vise versa.
It will also not go as high up as it should.

Already did a reboot. Any advise or link to the former firmware?

There is a fix patch for this in another thread. Try a search. I can't give you a link just now as I just have the phone.

Well done, you got there!
It looks like an incorrectly configured motor driver had been included in the firmware.
Aren't forums great?

i have just got this firmware from jack, as the cammera was crashing - upgrade at your own risk.
  • YUNCH
  • Model Number: YC-110AR
Chip type = Am_S2Lm

-----------------
Upgrade Notes:

During the upgrade process, ensure that the network is smooth and do not power off during the upgrade process. Otherwise, the device will crash.

Upgrade steps:

1: IE through the first upgrade IPNC_S2l2.0.1_build20161020102012.zip this file, automatically restart after the implementation of the second step of upgrading.

2: and then upgrade the kernel file UPG_S_Kernel_201611231524.zip, after the upgrade is complete, IE restore the default operation can be.
